This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Qijco platform and informs you about your privacy rights.

1- DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account refers to a unique account created to allow you to access the Qijco platform.
  • Affiliate refers to an entity or person who controls its affiliation with the Qijco platform.
  • The company refers to Qijco as the legal entity that collects personal information from consumers and determines the purposes and means of processing the personal information of consumers, or on whose behalf this information is collected and who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing the personal information of consumers.

    4- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

    Qijco informs that the user who has communicated personal data will be used exclusively for technical, administrative and commercial purposes within the framework of the services offered by Qijco.

    Qijco informs that this data may be transmitted to certain public bodies for which Qijco may be obliged to respond to any judicial, administrative or other request. This data will only be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes.

    Qijco will endeavor to secure your personal data using technical and organizational security measures to minimize the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and modification.

    4.1 - Retention of Your Personal Data

    The Qijco platform will retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.     Qijco may give you the ability to delete certain information about yourself from the platform via contact@qijco.be or support@qijco.be.
    You can update, modify, or delete your information at any time by logging into your account, if you have one, and clicking on your profile to manage your personal information. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information that you have provided to us.
    Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or a legal basis to do so.

    4.4.1 - Business Transactions

    If Qijco is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred. We will inform you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

The add-on prevents Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visitor activity.     5.3 - Payments

    We may provide paid products and/or services within Qijco. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., STRIPE acting as our payment processor).
    We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.     5.4 - Behavioral Remarketing

    Qijco may use remarketing services to advertise to you after you have accessed or visited our platform.
